Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI Model Disclosure

Videos on this site are generated using the Seedance 2.5 video generation model (with MiniMax H3 / Hailuo H3 for some modes), accessed through our generation infrastructure partner. All outputs are AI-generated and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. See our Safety page for content standards that apply to every generation.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Content Standards and Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to generate any of the following categories of content:

1. Sexual or NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive depictions
2. Violence and gore — graphic violence, serious injury, or gratuitous blood
3. Hate speech — content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
4. Child safety (CSAM) — any content that endangers minors, including sexualized depictions of children. Suspected violations are reported to law enforcement
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — depictions of real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent, or content designed to deceive about a person's words or actions
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights

Enforcement. Violations may result in, depending on severity and repetition: a warning, forfeiture of the credits used, suspension of generation access, or permanent account termination. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Reporting. To report violating content, contact support@rumpelstiltskintiptoe.com. We review reports and respond, typically within 3 business days.

Moderation. Generations are screened by automated content checks before submission, and reported content is reviewed by our team. For details see our Safety page.

Refunds and Credits

• Failed generations. If a generation fails or is blocked by content screening, the credits reserved for it are automatically returned to your balance.
• Unused packs. If you have not consumed any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@rumpelstiltskintiptoe.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Partially used packs. Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable in cash; unused credits remain valid forever and can be used at any time.
• Processing. Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days through our payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
