Safety & acceptable use

Authorized adults only

Every photo you upload must show an adult person you are allowed to use — yourself, or someone who has agreed. Uploads of minors are prohibited and removed.

Prohibited content

• Celebrity or public-figure impersonation — deceptive depictions of real famous people
• Sexual or suggestive content involving any person
• Harassment, bullying or defamation of anyone
• Violent, hateful or extremist depictions
• Political or religious disparagement
• Any content intended to deceive (scams, fake evidence, misinformation)

How we enforce it

Every generation is logged with the source photos for up to 7 days for review. Tasks that violate these rules are voided: the video is deleted and credits are not refunded for deliberate abuse. Report abuse to support@rumpelstiltskintiptoe.com — we review every report.

Refunds and failures

Technical failures (generation errors, provider outages) refund credits automatically. If a face cannot be recognized in the output, contact support and we will review a refund. Abuse of the refund system may lead to account suspension.
